Feasting on Paleo is comprised of husband and wife team, Lizette and Aaron Reiss.
Aaron, the chef behind Feasting on Paleo, has a natural talent for cooking. He has extensive experience working at some of the most highly rated restaurants throughout Orange County and Los Angeles. He’s passionate about food and is extremely knowledgeable about nutrition. With that combination, he’s able to create dishes that are healthy and flavorful. Aaron specializes in cooking Paleo friendly cuisine, free of grains, gluten, refined sugars, and processed foods. Everything he makes is from scratch. He has a personal relationship with the vendors at local farmers markets and farms, so you can be certain that he knows where your food is coming from.
Lizette does the behind the scenes, day to day little details, for Feasting on Paleo. Born in the Philippines and raised in Southern California, she is a lover of all things food. She grew up watching Julia Child, Martin Yan and Jacques Pepin on PBS, hoping to one day cook like them. Instead, she married a chef who cooks for her and their two boys, Micah and Mason.
Together, Aaron and Lizette, bring a creative new take on Paleo cuisine.
